Tyler Millwood seventh in Battle at the Beach at Southern Raceway
With Mother Nature washing out the event last weekend, Tyler Millwood was one of 25 Crate Racin' USA Winter Series Late Models at Southern Raceway (Milton, Fla.) the following weekend for the rescheduled Battle at the Beach.
Clicking off the third-quickest lap in his qualifying group, Millwood raced to a runner-up finish in his heat which positioned him well for Saturday's A-Main.
With a $10,000 payday on the line, Tyler survived a lengthy 50-lap feature to land inside the Top-10 in seventh.
